For small orders we will accept cash in Pounds Sterling, Euros, U.S. Dollars, at your own risk
Order Processing
Please see Postage and Packing for postage charges. Once we have received the order we aim to post the order within two working days.
If, for whatever reason an item ordered is not available, we will email you and refund you the difference (if a multiple order). If however, it is a single item, we will refund the full amount including the postage.
Returns Policy
If you believe an item sold to you is not as described, please contact us within five days.
Once agreed please return the item plus all the packaging via Registered Post. You must bear the cost of the return postage.
Upon receipt of the item we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
Clickcollect.co.uk will only use the information gathered about your-self, within the rules of the Data Protection Act. The mailing list operates by 'opt-in' only, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We will NOT make your email address available to any third-party.
