Once we have received the order we aim to post the order within two working days.
If, for whatever reason an item ordered is not available, we will email you and refund you the difference (if a multiple order). If however, it is a single item, we will refund the full amount including the postage.
If you believe an item sold to you is not as described, please contact us within five days.
Once agreed please return the item plus all the packaging via Registered Post. You must bear the cost of the return postage.
Upon receipt of the item we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
